The room was spacious and clean, with an amazing view. The location was excellent, close to events and convenient for families. Staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful with luggage and poolside service. The outdoor pool was a notable highlight, open even in December. Some requests were not fulfilled despite the overall positive experience.
